Emma Roberts you've done it again. Hands down, best dressed at the Scream 4 premiere wearing Burberry Prorsum Resort 2011. I love the rich electric blues of the dress and the textures the material creates. It's super flattering (not just because she has a lean figure) but quite often certain horizontal/ vertical prints can do more harm than good. And i love the slick straight ponytail, perfect with this dress. There's not a whole lot happening around her neck but I definitely think it should be that way - the neckline and the textures of the dress are so intricate, minimalist accessories is the way to go. I would have gone for a pop pink lip shade just to get something happening up in the face and keep her from looking too pale.

Trailing not far behind is Lucy Hale, in fact her dress almost looks like a variation of Emma's dress. I see texture, mesh, a high neckline and a similar silhouette. I adore the front cut out - it's spells flirty ('I'm a sexy, young, confident upcoming actress') and yet is not too revealing . The mesh shoulder contrasts are another plus for me.  And she's added some colour with her matching lippy and nails. It all goes well until I get down to the shoes... gee. Where do I begin? The giant bows and thin straps look like they were kitten heels made for little girls to wear to weddings (I think we all know the pair we begged our mum to get us). It totally ruins the outfit for me and it's not even a safe option. Safe would be taking Emma's Elie Saab wedge platforms and handing them to Lucy on the red carpet. I'd suggest maybe a pop/ block colour pumps (red, blue, pink, green... anything else!) for that right balance between an LBD and its accessories.
